As roof membranes become weathered, rooftops can crack, leak, and pick up dirt, diminishing its effectiveness and energy-saving properties. Conklin’s elastomeric coatings provide a cost-effective solution for repairing and preserving approved membranes, resulting in improved energy savings.

Application Process

 

  1. Power wash roof with WAC II™.

  2. Prime roof with Tack Coat™.

  3. Reinforce seams with Spunflex™ embedded in RAPID ROOF® III Coating.

  4. Apply white RAPID ROOF III Top Coat at approx. 2 gallons per square.
