Our Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) System is a great way to provide high-grade insulation on roofs for protection from the elements. SPF, combined with one of our superior coating systems, effectively controls air infiltration, adds building strength and reduces cooling and heating costs.

Application Process

 

  1. Remove loose debris from roof.

  2. Apply closed-cell spray polyurethane foam with approx. thickness of 1”.

  3. Apply Benchmark® Base Coat at approx. 2 gallons per square.

  4. Apply white Benchmark® Top Coat, or PUMA® XL Top Coat at approx. 2 gallons per square.
